Pembrokeshire is renowned for its spectacular coastline. The rocky headlands, high cliffs and islands are home to a whole host of sea birds. Colonies of Puffins, Manx Shearwaters, Gannets, Cormorants, Peregrine Falcons, Oystercatchers, Razorbills, Choughs, Storm Petrels and many others return annually.

Pembrokeshire offers long stretches of sandy beaches, isolated beaches and coves offered by natural safe harbours and rocky inletts, offering a site for all to appreciate. Pembrokeshire is perfect for watersports such as surfing, bodyboarding and sailing.

Opportunities for outdoor activities such as horseriding, quad biking, golfing, walking or fishing abound. 'Coasteering' is an up and coming sport - not for the faint hearted! It involves swimming, scrambling and cliff jumping across Pembrokeshires fabulous coastline. An adventure for all.

For the younger children Pembrokeshire offers many sandy beaches, attractions such as Folly Farm and Heronsbrook - great for all the family. For the older children there is Oakwood Theme Park and adventure activities.

Pembrokeshire is home to many traditional crafts which include pottery and weaving. Many local artists produce a variety of work for display in the many local galleries.
